Rihanna and A$AP Rocky celebrated their son RZA’s second birthday over the weekend, and then they hit the town. Parents really can have it all! (So long as they are two very successful musicians/entrepreneurs.) RiRi and Rocky started the festivities on Saturday afternoon at New York’s Color Factory, which they booked for RZA’s party.
One attendee, a makeup artist named Jasmine B. Cook, shared photos of the private event on Instagram, giving all of us a little peek into what it’s like when you’re 2 years old and have the coolest parents in the world. There were photos of RZA printed onto pillows, balloon sculptures, and in one photo you can see RZA wearing a sticker that says “RZA’s Pizza” in the style of Joe’s Pizza.

Cook also shared videos of the happy family. In one, Rocky tries to get RZA to look at the camera while Rihanna holds the couple’s other son, Riot. The rapper is unsuccessful, because 2-year-olds don’t really understand what “Look at the camera” means. I’m sure the photos were still cute. In the second video, the couple have switched which kid they’re holding, and Rihanna dangles RZA upside down as everyone sings happy birthday. Again, I bet that photo is really cute.

Lots of parents would be totally exhausted after throwing that kind of bash, but not these two. A video from later in the evening shows that after RZA and Riot went to bed, Rihanna and Rocky went out in their same outfits from earlier in the day. Rihanna was even on the mic!

Anyone in attendance should be grateful they got to see that. These days she really only performs for wildly expensive wedding celebrations.
