The star quickly shut down the rumor mill, posting videos on Instagram and TikTok that clarified — under bleached eyebrows — that she was “not pregnant” (the TikTok version added that she was “just down bad cryin at the gym”) and encouraged people to register to vote. She really is a Biden stan through and through.
It seems Gaga’s ordeal — and her use of The Tortured Poets Department lyrics — came to the attention of Taylor Swift. In the comments section, Swift rushed to Gaga’s defense, writing, “Can we all agree that it’s invasive & irresponsible to comment on a woman’s body. Gaga doesn’t owe anyone an explanation & neither does any woman.” She added a lipstick-kiss emoji for good measure.
