M train to the Rockaways – A R46 shuttle train signed as a M train is running on the Rockaway Park branch and heading to Broad Channel to connect with A train service to Manhattan. In reality, these 75 foot cars can not run on the M Line due to their length and the M train terminates at Metropolitan Ave in Queens, which is a fair distance away from the Rockaways. 5/27/23
